FELIY UNIFORM DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

Article 1 - Parties

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded electronically between the parties specified below.

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller 's www.feliy-uniform.com website.

Article 3 - Product Information

The type and kind of product(s) subject to the contract, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method and delivery information are as follows:

Article 4 - General Provisions

4.1 The Buyer declares that he/she has read and is informed about all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the contractual product/products specified in this Agreement and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2 The product/products subject to the contract shall be delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the Buyer's place of residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

4.3 If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to whom the product is to be delivered does not accept the delivery.

4.4 The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the Contract, intact, complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.

4.5 If the product is damaged or missing upon delivery, the damaged products will be returned for replacement.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

5.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or to the person/organization at the address he indicated.

5.2 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of Article 6.

Article 6 - Situations in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

6.1 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, single-use products, products that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene rules, products that deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date is likely to pass.

6.2 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in accordance with the Buyer's request or clearly personal needs.

Article 7 - Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over all disputes that may arise from the implementation of this Agreement.

Article 8 - Entry into Force

The Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions in this Agreement. This Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic approval.
